Project Manager


Qualifications and responsibilities:

• At least 3+ years experience in AV installation / integration field
• Working knowledge of:
Crestron residential products
Lutron Homeworks products
Distributed Audio, Video, Media Rooms and Theaters

• Track record of high end residential project management
• Troubleshooting experience with A/V systems
• Simultaneously able to manage multiple projects
• Great Communication skills, verbal & written

• Review blueprints & schematic documentation
• Coordinate with client and or owners agent regarding scope of work, timeline, schedules.
• Communicate detailed scope of work, timeline, schedules, etc to programmers and with operations department to coordinate field installation, shop fabrication, truck delivery, etc.

• Site management including installation
• Coordinate & schedule completion of punch list tasks
• Provide technical assistance to clients relating to operation, use & maintenance of equipment
