*Juggling completion dates for multiple PM’s
*Paperwork Management
*Prints
*Equipment lists
*Bill of Lading
*Binders for Manuals
*Shop inventory
*Keeping all necessary hardware in stock
*Generating orders and tracking them
*Generate and Enforce shop procedures and standards
*Standards for building
*Standards for quality and accuracy
*Assist in the design of large systems
*Evaluate the design for ease of deployment
*Evaluate the efficiency and simplicity of the system
*Quality control of the build in house and in the field
*Monitor the staff
*Double checking the terminations for accuracy and neatness
*Commissioning of systems
*Testing all systems in house prior to shipping
*Testing and tuning systems in the field
*Program and support audio and video processors
*BSS, Biamp / Nexia, Vista, Equipe,Ect.
*Proof read all prints
 Accurate legend
 Labels
 Accurate I / O’s
 Elevations
*Teach and train all personnel
 Terminate cables
 Lace a rack
 Handle equipment
 Hardware operation
 Software for hardware
 Demeanor
*Troubleshoot when necessary
