We are now currently looking for an enthusiastic individual for the role of AV Technician at one of their prestigious London sites.
You have a good level of practical ability when it comes to setting up audio and AV systems for live events and naturally you have the ability to fault find and trouble shoot technical issues as they arise. You are able demonstrate experience working in a 5* environment such a hotel, resort, conference centre or an environment where customer care is a key requirement .You have a strong idea on what is needed to provide a high level of service to customers, you’re passionate about making that happen and you are someone who takes pride in your work and appearance. You’re keen to develop and you have the desire to achieve results at a personal and team level.
Working with at one of our 5* venues you will play a significant role in ensuring our client’s expectations and requirements are fulfilled to a high standard. As part of a small in house team working alongside the Technical Event Manager you will be involved in the technical preparation of each project at the venue as well as operating equipment on the day of the event .In addition to this you will make sure that all relevant H&S regulations and recommendations are observed by colleagues and freelance staff, continually develop your relationships with your team, venue staff and also act as a point of contact for clients addressing all queries in a professional and efficient manner. There will also be involvement with regular planning meetings to ensure that all tasks are carried out effectively and that any equipment at the venue is maintained and working correctly.
