A great opportunity has now presented itself for an ambitious and technically astute person to join a friendly and expanding production house as an AV Project Manager. The company gives a real focus to providing value to their clients and their welcoming environment makes it easy for a new person to settle in.
Naturally you will have practical experience with event production equipment covering AV, audio and lighting and you will either be a Senior AV Technician who knows they are ready to make the next step or you will be a Project Manager looking for that new challenge. You are able to demonstrate a clear understanding and experience of the whole event delivery process and be confident in client facing situations with the ability to fully explain the benefits of a technical production service. Naturally you will be a great team player and have experience of managing crew, logistics and technical resources.
Based from their office in London you will work closely with the Directors and Project Team to ensure that all project and client requirements are met in line with the company’s high standards. You will be responsible for attending site and client visits to ascertain requirements and mould the project vision. You will have autonomy across the full project process including but not limited to drafting site plans, putting together kit lists, recruiting and managing crew, managing H&S requirements including RAMS and ultimately making sure that all outcomes are meet to fulfil the projects vision.
