This company has gone from strength to strength over the last  couple of years with significant increases in growth and investment across staff and technical inventory, they pride themselves on their strong industry relationships, creativity and they are now looking for an outstanding AV Project Manager to join their growing and talented Project Team

About You
You will be knowledgeable in all areas of technical event production and this will cover AV, audio lighting and staging. A proactive attitude to the role will be second nature and you will be well versed in all stages of the project life cycle. Naturally you will have an excellent level of communication and you will be comfortable working under pressure to tight deadlines. The experience you have gained so far in your career will have given you a strong level of leadership experience, great attention to detail and the ability to think on your feet to create solutions for any problems that may occur during a project.

The Role
Based from their office in London you will work on a variety of events such as conferences, experiential launches and award shows in the UK and Europe . You will manage all phases of a project from the initial quote right through to post event review and reconciliation, making sure that the delivery matches the company’s  high standards and best  practice. The management and coordination of the pre production and logistics will include the technical specification of kit planning of transportation, crew resources and providing detailed plans to assist other members of the projects team. Naturally you will make sure that the project runs in line with the overall budget and ensure that all on site crew are managed effectively and that client expectations are met in respect of time lines and delivery.
