These now are exciting times for this technical production company. They have been witnessing steady levels of growth and to help continue their success they now require a passionate AV Project Manager to join their friendly team. They have their own inventory of quality equipment and are supremely passionate about technical event management to help their clients fully engage with their audience.
Based from their West London office you will be expected take the lead on a number of projects by taking on board some the Directors work load and ideally helping to add to the company's ever growing clientele. You will have the autonomy to ensure that each phase of the project from initial client meeting and pre production through to post event evaluation is executed in line with the company's high standards, always making sure that the end client is advised and guided appropriately, You will use your experience and knowledge to organise and schedule all crewing and technical resources as well as managing the health and safety aspects for each event allocated to you. To assist you in the role you will naturally have the support from other areas of the business covering operations, projects and warehouse and the family feel of the company allows everyone to pull in the same direction.
You are currently a Project Manager with at least 5 years of technical delivery experience in the live events sector handling projects of different scale and you are comfortable with budget values in the six figure bracket. Managing the project life cycle is second nature to you and you feel that you are ready for a role that will allow you to play a significant part in the company's continued growth. You are a natural leader and your character is strong enough to manage the various challenges that come with a project and still deliver to a client's expectations
