Job Description

Domain Lead - Infotainment, Warren, MI, General Motors. Evaluate &execute remote reflash &cybersecurity reqmts such as exclusion of root privileges, &implementation of firewall rules, &ensure proper validation (by Validation Team) of psgr car, crossover, &truck cybersecurity reqmts in infotainment systems. Interact with Cybersecurity Architects to define Cybersecurity reqmts. Communicate &clarify reqmts to hardware & software suppliers for execution of cyber-security reqmts. Coordinate with Cyber-security Validation Group to ensure verification of reqmts from supplier. Engr with supplier implementation of discretionary access control to restrict privileges on Linux based infotainment platform. Coordinate with supplier to implement capabilities on processes running on Linux. Review code written in C &C++ on LINUX operating system &bench &vehicle tests using VehicleSpy simulating issue scenarios in vehicles. Execute OTA reflash. Apply &use OMADM standard. Collaborate with Software Development Kit Team to dvlp contract between Flash Manager &Vehicle Management Device Client. Bachelor, Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Engrg, or related. 60 mos exp as Engineer, Domain or Technical Lead, Technical Spec., Software Developer, or related, reviewing or implementing code in C &C++ on QNX or LINUX operating system &performing bench &vehicle testing using CANoe or VehicleSpy to simulate issue scenarios in vehicles.
