A professional Senior Audio Visual Installation Engineer is required to head the installation team.
You shoud promote attention to detail within the team and working within timescales are seen as top
priorities. An engineer who thrives on the high end installations and is willing to challenge his/her self and
not to reside in a personal comfort zone . To bring a positive attitude to work everyday and enjoy the

The main purpose of the role is to mentor all engineers and to ensure procedures are adhered to within the company and at the same time create cohesive and effective (happy) team.
To help the engineers & subcontractors with any queries that may arise.
Complete site visits to check on the quality of work of engineers and sub-contractors.
Build custom structure, framework and bracketry to hang AV equipment consistent with industry safety standards
Installation of LED Screens, Video Walls and Flat Panel Displays, Projectors etc
Installation of AV control systems
Installation VC/UC systems into meeting room environments (Zoom, Polycom, Cisco)
Experience of Bespoke/Split room installation & commissioning
Full commissioning of AV systems with AMX/Crestron/BiAmp/Extron technology
Experience of QA of installs.
Install audio equipment including speakers, amps, mixers, microphones etc
Accreditation with Vendors (Cisco, AMX, Crestron etc) would be preferred.
Ability to read, understand and follow build plans and schematics
Conduct expert level of troubleshooting of all AV systems
Structured cabling including pulling, terminating, soldering and testing all cable and wiring associated with audio/video cables
Conduct terminations in accordance with system diagrams
Experience working on construction sites Ideally holding CSCS card and have IPAF and PASMA accreditation.
At least 5 years in Audio visual installation, and commissioning.
Familiar with all stages of the project from engineering to installation to project management.
IT Skills - operation of Microsoft Office applications and CAD would be of benefit.
Crestron/AMX/Extron certifications are preferred.
Very good understanding of networking.
