This company is a leading provider of staging and lighting solutions to the world of entertainment. They have a very established name within the industry and pride themselves on being behind some very recognisable events and productions across the continents. Due to growth they now require an enthusiastic person to be part of their Projects Team in the role of Project Coordinator
You will play a key and proactive part in supporting the Project Managers when it comes to the implementation of a range of projects. This means that you will be involved in all aspects of the process from the initial quote to final delivery so the role will see you taking on board a wide variety of responsibilities covering resource planning and management, financials, budgets, health and safety, local and international logistics along with the continual development of relationships with a variety of stakeholders both internal and external. In summary you will be the bridge between the Project Managers and their clients making sure that all the pieces of the project puzzle are in place.
It will be essential that you have knowledge of the lighting fixtures and solutions used within the entertainment industry along with the ability to interpret lighting plots. You are equally happy working autonomously and in a team, you have a high level of written and verbal communication plus you can support this with a strong levels level of desire, drive and integrity. Taking ownership and responsibility doesn’t phase you and you thrive working on working to tight deadlines
