The purpose of the role is to provide a high level of support to the project team to ensure successful delivery of event projects .Your impact on this role will be spread across various areas covering inventory management, inventory utilisation, and project communication, scheduling and budgeting. You will need to have a strategic outlook because you will have a major contribution in ensuring that projects are profitable and sub hire costs are kept to a minimum level. All members of the team contribute to the department's ongoing improvement and your voice will always be heard in this respect. The position will see you working closely with a number of teams across the company as well as external suppliers as and when required.
You are someone who is naturally organised, you have a strong level of attention to detail and you have an excellent understanding of the different types of AV ,audio and lighting equipment used in live event production. The team environment is somewhere you thrive in and you have an acute understanding of the pace of work and sense of urgency that comes with operating in a busy production company.
