This creative company are looking to recruit a strong and knowledgeable Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team. Based in London, this role is to start immediately.

With top of the range equipment, this company are proud of their impressive up to date AV Technology and have dedicated their in-house team to maintain and uphold standards. All equipment is owned by this established company which means they are in control of supply and quality. This company have built strong relationships with their clients over the years and consistently source equipment for several of their events. They have a team of dedicated experts who will see to it that your event is a complete success.

About you

You must be creative, proactive and show a great desire to work in this established company. You should have great interpersonal skills and have a great knowledge of the AV industry. With a friendly working environment, you will receive support and have the opportunity to work on amazing events. As a Project Coordinator you will need to support the Project Managers with event proposals as well as liaise with external suppliers. Budget management is a key element of this role which means you will need to be organized and efficient. Supporting your team in all areas is very important.


1-2 years experience in the events industry is essential, strong organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team as well as independently. You must also be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) have excellent written and oral communication as well as be able to work to tight deadlines. The ability to work well both independently and within a team is very important in this role.
