This technical event production company has seen great levels of success and growth over the last few years, they pride themselves on their creativity and the overall quality of delivery to their clients. They work with a number of leading companies, brands and organisations providing services for wide range of events such as brand launches, conferences and symposiums and award shows at some iconic venues in UK and parts of Europe. Due to an ever-growing workload they now require a Senior AV Engineer to join them and make a contribution to their continued success
Your background will clearly illustrate experience within technical event production with at least 5 solid years of practical experience with the video/data element of event production. You have tangible experience of the pre event production and technical delivery process along with a clear understanding of how to deliver a first class service under pressure and within time constraints. You are confident rigging without supervision plus you have the character of a great leader and team player. Your video and data knowledge will encompass set up and management of multi screen systems (experience with Barco Event Master would be desirable) the use of graphics, playback along with the programming and operation of switchers. You have a natural drive and passion for events, creativity, technology and you always find ways to deliver the best solution for a client. It goes without saying that you are happy to work the hours associated with the industry and you have a full UK driving licence.
Based from their London warehouse you will play a significant role aiding the technical delivery to a variety of productions. Working alongside the projects team, warehouse team and other senior colleagues you will be involved in the full production cycle ensuring that all video/data /image processing speciation’s are delivered in line with the scope of each project making sure that the right kit is tested, ready and available for each project. On site you will lead and supervise all local and freelance crew making sure that set up times are met and health and safety policies are adhered to. As a senior member within the team you will also mentor junior members to help them grow and develop.
