Based on the cusp of Central London this dynamic agency is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who can help them deliver a variety of event programs for their corporate clients on a national and international basis 

About You
You are from an event or conference background and can clearly demonstrate success putting together a varied scale of challenging project programs with values in excess of £500k involving different territories. Your work experience will clearly illustrate roles and responsibilities covering either logistics or event production and you will have the knowledge and confidence to interpret and deliver technical production quotes. You have a proven track record of managing teams to execute the delivery of event programs and your passion for creating engaging concepts is backed by your creative content work. You are naturally confident and excel in all your client and supplier communications plus you have a strong ability to manage resources, costs and budgets for a profitable outcome. 


The Role
 As the Senior Project Manager you will have the autonomy to lead the ongoing programme delivery for a range of conferences, events and ensure that your team meets the expectations of the company’s clients by providing stimulating, unique engaging solutions, always looking at ways programmes can be improved and enhanced. The company has a culture of providing a high level of service, putting the client’s project purpose at the forefront of what they do and this is something that you will evangelise in your day to day work and client interactions. Assisted by a team of producers you will coordinate a range of tasks and take the lead on technical quotations making sure that you are able to interpret all the necessary requirements so you will expected to hold your own in discussions with AV suppliers.
The role will see you work closely with a number of blue chip brands and organisations across different territories and you will need to have a high level of business and planning acumen to aid the first class programme delivery and keep an eye on costs across the different regions of Europe and America so you will need to be sensitive to any currency fluctuations and any other issues that may affect the bottom line.
This position gives you the opportunity to continually look for ways to maximise relationships with a strong portfolio of clients, and you will have the further support of a talented group colleagues covering account management, operations and business development
