About You
You will be from an events, conference of similar background and your experience encompasses the production and /or the logistical aspects of conference production. You can clearly illustrate success in an agency environment managing multiple projects or event programmes for corporate clients in various territories You have a strong understanding of what is needed to put together unique, dynamic and creative productions that make an impact ensuring that all relevant technical and operational tasks are efficiently executed and you have the character to confidently communicate with senior level stakeholders, providing leadership and direction on the programmes that the company delivers. Your successes are built on a never ending passion for events and an internal drive to continually be creative and deliver the best.

The Role
As the Senior Project Manager based at their London office you will have the autonomy to manage all stages of the project /programme time line making sure that the client’s needs are always at the forefront of your actions. You will be responsible for each step of the process from the initial concept to post event reconciliation making sure that all millstones are met, managing all internal and external stakeholder relationships covering areas such as technical production, creative concepts, and logistics, supplier and venue partnerships. You will work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure that each event is delivered to a high level against the client brief and you will have a strong level of commercial acumen to ensure that each event is within budget and ultimately meets and exceeds expectations. The position provides a lot of variety and you will be working on event projects in Europe and North America so experience in one or both of these territories will be an advantage
