Senior Regional Sales Director

You must have prior success developing account managers into proactive, consultative, value sellers. You are very hands on and have managed teams that sold integrated products and services, sold to commercial and institutional accounts, and called on VP’s, directors and senior / executive management. You excel at sales coaching, specifically developing salespeople’s closing ability, pre-call and post-call coaching. You also excel at recruiting, holding salespeople accountable and motivating salespeople. You have experience managing and creating sales plans, budgets, metrics, dashboards, pipeline, forecasts and sales process. You have managed a collaborative technical team-selling environment and have a track record of driving teams to deliver new business revenue. You are memorable, have board-room presence and develop strong relationships across various groups of stakeholders. Experience with IT systems integration, audio visual, video collaboration, complex technical solutions, value selling, consultative or solution selling, pharma, biotech, technology and financial services very helpful, but not required. Limited over-night travel. You must have prior income of at least 225K required”. Send resume.
