Job Description

Snr AV Account Manager - The position will see you working within the AV Solutions team, for management / pro-active account development of assigned active accounts (those being existing clients with whom the company conducts regular business, growing revenue and margin. This position will see you visiting clients on a regular basis so a large amount of time you will out and about and not in the office. Clients will vary between end users, av consultancies, M+E Contractors, Interior fit out and main contractors. The majority of time will be spent in London for meeting so you must live in or be able to easily commute.

Management means:
  • You will maintain and retain business both in volume and quality
  • Growing the account by achieving orders for system integration and services
  • Maintain and grow the value of service maintenance contracts
  • The business conducted will involve audio visual, video conferencing, collaboration projects and service solutions across all the companies' service offerings.
  • The post holder will work with the delivery teams (projects and service) to achieve these goals.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • For assigned clients be accountable for the level and quality of all sales and services delivered, maintain client relationship and satisfaction levels.
  • Take opportunities to grow business with client.
Client Management
  • Schedule and execute client meetings, Informal and formal dependent on client, and contractual requirements, in cooperation with the account teams
  • Advise and discuss process / service /delivery improvements with clients and account teams
  • Address any customer escalations
  • Ensure regular communications with the client to ensure the company is meeting or exceeding all obligations
  • Advise the client of new technology and how it can benefit them
  • Speak to all departments with in the clients AV / IT / Marketing
This role would suit someone that might presently be in a pre-sales or technical sales role that is looking to make a step into a more sales orientated relationship position.
