Responsibilities:
  • Coach, develop, provide performance management, development planning, and technical training for an on-site service team of service engineers.
  • Assist with the development and dissemination of processes as they relate to the Technical Services business unit.
  • Ensure the information systems and review structure for SLA's and customer's satisfaction are in place and effectively used.
  • Oversees the integration of service delivery units and constantly improve the quality and inter-working of the service team
  • Manage individual projects as required
  • Apply creative solutions to ensure successful system integration
  • Regular monthly travel required

Qualification:
  • Experience managing a team of service engineers
  • Experience managing third party providers and monitoring SLA's
  • Experience with support and service delivery of mission critical solutions
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred
  • Strong ability to listen, influence, and inspire our external and internal team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivation and drive for excellence both personally and professionally
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
