About The Role 
Based at their growing headquarters in Hertfordshire you will be involved with a number of key aspects to enable the readiness of technical production equipment which will be used for a wide range of events, shows and exhibitions in the UK and Europe. This will involve you prepping, testing and implementing a high level of quality control across a range of audio, AV and lighting equipment. You will also ensure that equipment is loaded, unloaded and stored correctly in line with department procedures. With the support of your colleagues you will be expected to contribute to the general upkeep of the warehouse area and continue to developing a healthy, supportive working environment with an attitude of respect and honesty. A flexible approach to work is also needed because the working hours involve a split shift between 7am – 9pm, a weekend rota and additional evening work during busy periods in the year.

About You 
You have good level of knowledge with the technical solutions used in event production covering audio, AV and lighting, some exposure to warehouse process and procedures, a passion for live events and a motivation to progress. You are equally comfortable working on your own initiative or under supervision and you have a focus for finding solutions. You are friendly, organised, have great attention to detail and will always work to exceed expectations.
